Customer Service:

We are committed to a positive customer experience, as we hope to foster an environment of love and camaraderie as we stand together against the injustice of human trafficking. Therefore, we pledge to do everything within our power and under the allowance of the following policies to ensure a favorable and recurring experience and relationship between you and Not In My City Project.  For any and all questions, concerns, inquiries about the project, or if you just want to know what our favorite colors are, please contact products@notinmycityproject.com. We will do our best to respond quickly and with as much information as we can to make this a fun experience for us and for you!

 

Shipping:

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $7 to cover the cost of shipping and handling through the US Postal Service Priority Mail for up to 5 shirts.  We currently are able to ship to the entire continental United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.  To order in bulk (more than 5 shirts), or for international shipping, please contact products@notinmycityproject.com for information.

 

At this time, orders cannot be rushed.  We will be shipping out products every Tuesday.  As we grow and change, we will update this policy!

 

Packaging:

Packaging will include an awareness postcard, a sticker, business cards, confetti, and the coziest freedom tee in the biz.  As a reminder, our packaging and shipping is handled by a handful of passionate college students who stand together with you and say “not in my city”. However, that doesn’t mean we won’t make mistakes sometimes!  In case we do, please give us some grace and let us know if any error was made and you did not receive everything in your package that was listed herein.  We will gladly do our best to rectify the error.  

 

Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not offer refunds at this time.  However, if you would like to exchange your item for one that fits you better, we will absolutely do that once your original item has been returned.  Items to be returned must be postmarked within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must also be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied exchange. We recommend using registered or insured mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.  Write us a note on your packing slip stating what you would like instead, including the style and size. Limitation of Liability:

Not In My City Project and Present Age Ministries shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Not In My City Project or Present Age Ministries has been advised of the possibility of damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
